Meet Sherrese Mikell
I’m a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, movement educator of 20+ years, and co-owner of Breathe Diversity Pilates + Fitness, a boutique Pilates and fitness studio in downtown Santa Rosa.
Through Business Body Balance, I partner with professional women to create realistic, sustainable wellness practices that support both personal vitality and professional success.
This is not fitness coaching in the traditional sense.
